Mait House is a student residence in Rome managed directly by the family that owns it. No agencies in between: you deal with real people who care about the building and the students living in it.
Rooms are let for the academic year with a regular student contract. Rent, payments and maintenance requests are all handled in your personal tenant area, in your language.

Mait House is a few steps from Piazza Bologna, one of Rome's liveliest student neighbourhoods, with the Bologna stop of Metro line B, shops, cafés and supermarkets right around the corner.
Sapienza University's main campus (Città Universitaria) and LUISS are close by, so you can get to lectures quickly – on foot, by bike or by metro.
